DOES STREAM TELECAST HAVE VOD? Yes, we offer a separate service of Video-On-Demand. It has over 24,000 movies and 1,600 series and runs flawlessly. Some of our packages come with this service included or you can purchase it as a stand alone item.
DO I NEED A VPN? No you do not need to use a VPN. Please note, however, some cable companies will “throttle” your internet. This means they purposely slow it down to entice you to get your service through them. If you feel this is happening you may choose to use a VPN. Also, in certain countries you may be required to. If you are experiencing any buffering or getting very slow speeds while doing a speed test please contact us. We supply one of the best VPN’s in the business completely free of charge to our customers.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND A GOOD DEVICE? Our system works great on Fire TV devices (Sticks and boxes). But do recommend that you always get the latest version available and don't overload it with unnecessary applications. Also Android boxes are great as long as you're willing to spend on a proper one. Nvidia Shield TV PRO, BuzzTV XRS4500, are a couple that we recommend at this time.
YOUR CHOICES SAYS 3 AND 5 DEVICES. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? It means that you can watch Stream Telecast on 3 or 5 devices simultaneously depending on what choice you select. I.e. a 3 device plan would cover 2 phones and one TV, 1 phone 2 TV, 1 computer 1 TV and 1 phone all running at the same time.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN 5 DEVICES? In most cases even homes having 6, 8, or more TV's are good with the 5 device plans. They typically don’t have more than 4 or 5 devices running at the same time.
