How to update and new EZ Player

Enter code 309499 into Downloader and install both apps if you like. If the code does not work enter streamteleca.st/DL into Downloader instead.

We strongly suggest uninstalling the old app before installing either of these.

Do this by going to settings of your Fire device >>>then to applications >>>Down to managed installed apps and press on it >>>Scroll down until you see our app and press on it >>>Then press on force stop >>>Scroll down to clear data and press on that a minimum of 4 - 5 times >>>Finally go up to uninstall and confirm uninstallation.

Use the same credentials for both apps that were in your original upgrade email.

Server ID = The package you subscribe to, either LIVE, LIVE +, or LIVE ++.
