Terms of service

By purchasing any service and/or product from this website (streamtelecast.com), you agree to the terms of service on this page.


REQUIREMENTS

Must have a supported device and HIGH-SPEED INTERNET. A speed of AT LEAST 50mbps RUNNING THROUGH THE DEVICE you are using is recommended, as well as a direct connection via ethernet cable. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. Any device older than 4 years is not recommended.

AFTER PURCHASE

Your account will begin to work after you receive the “Welcome” email. Please do not email asking for account status if you have not received this email yet. It may take 12-24 hours; however, accounts are usually activated within the hour. Please check your spam/junk folder. Also please keep in mind we are in the Eastern Time Zone.

REFUNDS

After your purchase, refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. We will offer support to fix user end issues. See our refund policy here.

PAYMENT FAILURES

If the monthly recurring payment fails to be charged service can and will be suspended. We will then make 7 more attempts to draw the funds over the next 14 days. If the payment still fails service will be canceled and the account will be closed. Service can be reactivated after closure with a written request at the current package prices. All special pricing (a.k.a. Grandfathered pricing) if applicable will be removed. We do not charge late fees. 

SUPPORT

We offer support for the duration of the subscription by email, text, support ticket, and help center website. If unforeseen circumstances happen it could take up to 24 hours or more for support to respond. Support is offered during our normal business hours of 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET Monday - Friday and weekends from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. We reserve the right to close without notice on any day deemed necessary for operational efficiency and on certain holidays, which will be determined solely by us. 

CONTENT

We have the right to change, add, or remove our programming packages, their content, selections, prices, and any service we offer (including the technology used to deliver them). We will attempt to give notice of any changes within our reasonable control. In the event of an aforementioned change, we usually give you 30 days’ notice. 

REQUESTS

Content requests are queued every Wednesday and Thursday. We reserve the right to decline requests that may impair service performance. While we aim to fulfill all requests, they must be available from a reliable and affordable source. Please note that we only accept video-on-demand (VOD) requests; live TV requests will not be granted

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

By clicking "Place my order", you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the Order summary section of the order/cart summary page until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelation requests made after normal business hours will not be honored until the following business day during normal business hours.

VPN

Eligible members may request a complimentary premium VPN account. Please note that this is a third-party service; we have no control over, or liability for, its functionality or data policies. We consider this a courtesy benefit and reserve the right to change providers, modify, or discontinue this offer at any time.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

  • How it works: Refer a new member through our website’s "Secret Link Request" form. Once they subscribe, you receive a discount on your next charge date.
  • The Reward:
    • If your referral buys a package equal to or higher than yours: You get 50% off your next charge.
    • If your referral buys a smaller package: You get a discount equal to 50% of their package value.
  • Stacking: Yes, you can combine multiple referrals for higher savings, as long as they subscribe before your next charge date.
  • Exclusions: New subscribers only. Resubscriptions do not qualify.
  • Note: Only referrals made via the website form qualify. We cannot apply discounts for referrals made through other channels.

CANCELLATION

To initiate the cancellation of your service, you must submit a cancellation request via your online member account portal prior to your next scheduled recurring charge date. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that the cancellation request is received and acknowledged before the aforementioned deadline. See our Cancellation Policy here.
