What platform is the best to use Stream Telecast on?
We are built on Android OS. So, we will always perform better on android devices or devices that use an android based system. Devices like, Xiaomi Mi Box, Amazon Fire products, Onn Boxes, Google TV Streamer.
For the best experience we recommend the Nvidia Shield Pro.
What internet speed do I need to use Stream Telecast?
What internet speed do I need to use Stream Telecast?
In order to have the best experience we recommend that you have at least 100 mbps going straight to and through your device (not your whole home). Also, we recommend a direct connection via ethernet cable if possible. You'll need a bare minimum of 50 mbps going to and through your device if 100 or more isn't available. You'll also want to be connected to the 5G WIFI network if you cannot hardwire your device.

Stream Telecast provides access to two distinct streaming playlists: Alpha and Omega. These separate playlists offer a wider range of viewing options and content types to enhance your streaming experience.

Absolutely. Both Alpha and Omega packages have their own VOD movies and series. They both take requests too!

Yes, our packages offer optional adult programming at no additional cost.
What devices does the service work on?
What devices does the service work on?
Our services work on many devices, here are some:
- Nvidia Shield devices
- Amazon Fire devices (Preferably 4K, 4KMAX, and Cube)
- Chromecast with Google TV
- Xiaomi Mi Box
- Onn Box
We are also available on Smart TV's that offer the official Google Playstore, as well as, LG and Samsung models from 2021 or newer.
We offer an iOS application for iPhones and iPads, and Apple TV. We have an application for PC and Roku (not recommended) too.
*Please Note: We are an Android based system. Though we are available on many devices, you will have a significantly better experience on devices that run Android OS. Such as, Nvidia Shields, Fire Sticks, and Onn Boxes.

No you do not need to use a VPN. Please note, however, most cable companies will “throttle” your internet. This means they purposely slow it down to monitor your online behavior, or to be able to offer adequate bandwidth throughout your neighborhood. If you feel this is happening you may choose to use a VPN. Also, in certain countries it may be required.
If you are experiencing any buffering or getting very slow speeds while doing a speed test please contact us. We supply one of the best VPN’s in the business completely free of charge to our members.
*Please note: Roku does not allow VPNs on their platform. This means your ISP can monitor your on-line behavior and throttle your connection at will. It is one of the main reasons why we don't recommend them.

It means that you can watch Stream Telecast on either 2, 4, or 6 devices at the exact same time.
You can add our application to as many devices as you would like. But the minute you go over your allotted simultaneous streams they will stop working.

In most cases even homes having 7, 8, or more TV's are good with the 6 device plan. They typically don’t have more than 4 or 5 devices running at the same time. But in situations where that is not the case we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please email [email protected] if this applies to you.

If you contact us we will gladly offer you a discount off your first month. This way you can try it first to make sure it fits your needs. Also, our subscription is completely nonbinding and you will have full access to your account at all times. You can cancel at any time.

Due to security reasons we no longer offer m3u files or our DNS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but no exceptions will be made.

When a member subscribes with Stream Telecast they will have monthly recurring payments deducted from their credit card on file. There is no contract involved and they can change, suspend, or cancel their service at any time.

We have an easy self-install anyone can do and if you have any trouble contact us. We'll be glad to assist you.
Upon purchase accounts go into the preactivation phase. From there customers will receive a "Welcome" email. Inside the email they'll find a complete install guide with step by step instructions for whatever device they may have. Besides the installation guide new member's will find instructions on how to clean their device to insure peak perfomance, and general tips to help familiarize them to our application.
Accounts typically activate within 10 - 20 minutes after purchase, but may take londer depending on how busy we are and when the order was placed. If you do not see your email please make sure to check the Spam/Junk folder. You will also be notified by text once the email has been sent..

Accounts typically activate within 10 -20 minutes, but may take longer to complete. Customers will receive a "Welcome to Stream Telecast" email from us that will include the installation guide. They will also be notified by text message once the email has been sent. At that time they will be active. Please make sure to check the junk/spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
