We're moving to Lunova Player.
This IBO activation form is for Roku only. Please use Lunova Player on every platform where it is currently available. Once Lunova is available across all supported platforms, we plan to retire IBO. We'll share instructions before the change so you know what to do.
01 Open your IBO application
Find the screen showing your Device ID (MAC address) and Device Key.
02 Share a photo or enter the details
A clear photo of that screen works too. For multiple devices, include each device's photo or details.
03 Watch for our confirmation
We'll contact you by email or text once your playlist is activated. Please allow at least 15 minutes during activation hours; requests may take longer.

Monday–Friday: Noon–10 PM
Saturday–Sunday: Noon–8 PM
Activations are completed during these hours.
Activate IBO on Roku
Use the account holder's name and membership email.
Attach a clear photo of the app's opening screen or enter both the MAC address and Device Key for each Roku.
